After a phase consisting of one boring, conservative dress after another, Posh is back to her WTF ways at Bergdorf Goodman's Fashion's Night Out event in a crazy Giles lizard-print minidress, Gucci thigh-high boots and a hint of cleavage. Looks like the wild fashionista's emerged from hibernation.
